Enrolment
Enrolling your child at Brunswick Crèche and Day Nursery is an exciting time and emotional time for children and families. It is important to manage this time with sensitivity and support, building partnerships between families and the Centre. Such partnerships enables the Centre and families to work together towards common goals of promoting consistent quality outcomes for individual children and the Centre.
We aim to ensure children and families receive a positive and informative enrolment and orientation process that meets their individual needs. We strive to establish respectful and supportive relationships between families and the Centre to promote positive outcomes for children whilst adhering to legislative requirements.

Joining the Waitlist
If you are interested in joining the Brunswick Crèche’s waiting list please click “Join Our Waitlist” for our online wait list application form. You can join the waiting list as soon as you know you are expecting.

There is a $25 non-refundable fee to secure your spot on our wait list, this payment can be made by making Direct Deposit into our nominated Account.

Priority is given to families who qualify under the Commonwealth Childcare Program ‘Priority of Access’ guidelines, and to families already attending the Centre.

Acceptance to the waiting list is acknowledged by email which also requests the centre be informed of any change in care requirements or family contact details. Families are contacted by email/telephone on a regular basis to confirm their continued interest in the centre. Families who do not respond to this contact will be removed from the waiting list.
Brunswick Crèche and Day Nursery manages our own waitlist and enrolment system for childcare placement.
Securing a Spot
Once we have determined you requirements for your child and a spot becomes available, we will make an enrolment offer. Offers must be accepted within 3 days.
Once you have accepted the offer, the Enrolment Documentation with key information on your experience moving forward with us will be emailed to you to complete. You will be required to complete and return the Enrolment documentation along with your child’s birth certificate and Immunisation Statements before your child commences.
Two-day Minimum
At Brunswick Crèche & Day Nursery we have a minimum two-day enrolment requirement. Attending a centre for two or more days a week helps your child to feel comfortable, build bonds with their educators and to be able to happily immerse themselves in the learning programs.
